I had my patio relayed and this was done on time and efficiently. I never give a 5/5 so 4/5 is an indication of satisfaction. I have had further product deliveries from them and sound advice on other projects and will contact the company again whenever the need arises.

SBLM Properties have done three jobs for me recently, knocking down and taking away of an old shed, repairing a section of fence and concreting the edge of a driveway to give my car easy access. Stephen is an excellent communicator informing me at every stage from the initial very fair quote to completion of the job. They do the job on the day and time given. Each time the work was of a high standard. In fact he contributed ideas of his own such as reversing the way my garden gate opens so that it is much better for me. I found all the team trustworthy, friendly and reliable. I always recommend SBLM to my friends who need work done.

We instructed fencing works involving re-fencing and fencing repairs at two separate properties. Quotes were provided quickly and were detailed and easy to understand. Once the work was instructed the contractor provided specific start dates to which they adhered. The works were carried out quickly and regular updates were provided. The works were completed in the time frame provided by the contractor and the standard of the workmanship was excellent. We would not hesitate to instruct this contractor again.
